Will connecting break my live shop?
No. The first step only pulls what's already selling into SellingIO. Pushing back to a channel is a separate action — you pick products one by one or in bulk. Live shops are not overwritten.
Do I have to import a CSV?
No. TikTok Shop and Shopify both connect through the platforms' own OAuth — you sign in and grant access, no file export or import.
What about products already listed on a channel?
Listings on the channel are pulled in as your canonical catalogue in SellingIO and stay linked to the channel listing, so you don't recreate them from scratch.
When I sell on one channel, how does stock drop on the other?
Inventory syncs both ways per connection. When one channel sells, shared stock drops and the remaining channels update to match.
Where do new-order notifications go?
Telegram, Slack, Discord, Lark, or Google Chat — you pick the messaging channel in settings. New-order events stay on.
Is it actually free?
SellingIO currently has only a free plan, with no time limit and no card required.
