Terms of use

These terms apply when you use SellingIO. They cover your account, how you may use the service, and when it is available.

Agreement and who may accept

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of SellingIO.

The registered legal entity that operates SellingIO is LAR Technology Joint Stock Company (Vietnamese name: Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ LAR), business registration number 0111362069, registered office at 2nd Floor, Detech Tower Building, No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

You accept these terms when you create a SellingIO account, or when you otherwise use the service. If you accept for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the account, for anyone you let into it, and for keeping sign-in details out of other hands.

If you think the account is compromised, tell us through the contact form.

Your data and channel content

Listings, stock numbers, and orders on the channels you connect remain yours to manage. You confirm you have the right to connect those channels and to let SellingIO pull from them and push to them.

A pull copies live listings into your canonical catalogue. A push writes from that catalogue to the channel. You are responsible for what you list and for the stock numbers you set.

How we process that data is in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. Breaking it can lead to restriction, suspension, or termination, as that policy describes.

The free plan

SellingIO currently has only a free plan, with no time limit and no card required. Paid plans are not offered. Paid pricing is not announced.

We also deploy SellingIO onto a merchant's own infrastructure as a separate engagement. That is not a published paid plan.

Third-party channels and their own terms

Shopify, TikTok Shop, and any other channel you connect have their own terms and policies. You must follow them for every shop you connect. SellingIO does not replace those rules.

We do not control those platforms. If a channel changes its API, pauses your shop, or ends your access, that is between you and the channel. Offline stores remain yours to run.

Availability, changes and support

The service may be unavailable while we maintain it, or while a connected channel is unavailable. We do not publish an uptime figure or a service-level agreement.

We may change, pause, or stop features. We update this site when we do.

Limitation of liability

SellingIO is provided as is, and on the free plan without charge. To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost profit, or lost data.
• We are not liable for a connected channel being unavailable, changing its API, suspending your shop, or returning wrong data.
• We are not liable for the listings, prices, and stock numbers you set, or for orders you fulfil or fail to fulfil.
• Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. On the free plan, that amount is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Vietnamese law, including liability for intentional misconduct.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using SellingIO at any time. Disconnecting a channel, or uninstalling the Shopify app, stops the sync for that channel and removes the channel connection. Data already synced is kept for the periods in the privacy policy, and you can ask for earlier deletion through the contact form.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy. We may also stop offering the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

If there is a dispute, contact us first through the contact form. We will try to settle it by negotiation within 30 days of your notice. If that fails, either side may bring the dispute to the competent court in Hanoi, Vietnam.

These terms are published in Vietnamese and English. If the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
