Top SKUs

The Top SKUs table on Dashboard ranks up to six SKUs within the dashboard's selected date range, channel, shop, and currency. With no date filter, that window is the latest 30 calendar days, including today, in your workspace timezone.

Choose the ranking

Use the selector above the table to rank by:

• Quantity sold — total item quantity for each SKU, highest first.
• Revenue — revenue for each SKU in the selected currency, highest first.

When two SKUs have the same ranking value, their SKU codes determine the stable order. The table also shows each SKU's order count and revenue. Cancelled orders do not contribute sold quantity or revenue.

Inspect one SKU

Select a SKU row to open its trend dialog. The chart shows that SKU's quantity sold on each day in the same date range and keeps the current channel and shop filters. Days with no sales appear as zero rather than disappearing from the line.

The small trend in each table row uses the same scope, so it can be used for a quick scan before opening the full dialog.

Data freshness

Today's SKU figures are read from current order and order-item data. Closed days come from daily rollups. SellingIO rebuilds the recent SKU rollup window nightly, so a late correction to an older order may appear after the next nightly repair.
