Push a product

Push actions are available inside one product. You can send that product to every eligible active connection from the Channels tab, or open one channel profile and send the whole product only to that shop.

Push one product to all eligible connections

1. Open the product

   Open Products, select one product, then open its Channels tab.

2. Review the connections

   Check each connection's status, channel category, product state, and latest push result. Correct any missing product or profile data before continuing.

3. Choose Push all

   Select Push all. The confirmation shows how many eligible connections will receive this one product.

4. Confirm the push

   Confirm to send the product to those connections. SellingIO excludes inactive connections and connections where the product is deactivated. It can also exclude a connection that requires a missing description.

5. Review each result

   Read Last push in the table for the result at each shop. If SellingIO blocks a connection, the warning names that shop and explains what must be corrected.

Push the whole product to one shop

Open View profile for the connection. Save any category, channel field, or variant price changes first, then select Push whole product and confirm. This action sends only the open product to that one shop.

Push remains unavailable when the connection is inactive, the product has no image or has negative stock, or profile and price edits are unsaved. TikTok Shop also requires a description and saved channel category.
