Sync stock manually

Use a manual inventory sync when you need to send SellingIO's current stock to an active channel now instead of waiting for the next automatic update.

1. Open the connection's Warehouse tab

   Go to Connections, open the active online connection, then choose Warehouse. The inventory sync action appears after the warehouse mapping has been confirmed.

2. Start Sync inventory

   Select Sync inventory and confirm. SellingIO pushes on-hand stock from the mapped warehouses to that shop as a background job.

3. Watch the progress

   While the job runs, the Warehouse tab shows how many inventory records have been processed out of the total. Leave the page if needed; the job continues in the background.

4. Check the result

   A completion message shows the processed and total counts. If the job fails, SellingIO shows a failure message. If warehouses have not been synced or confirmed, return to warehouse mapping first.
