Troubleshooting
Check common order, buyer, status, and stock symptoms.
Start with the heading that matches what you see. If these checks do not resolve it, use the contact form.
An order on the channel is not in SellingIO
Confirm that the shop is still connected, then clear the status, channel, shop, date, and search filters on the order list. Orders arrive automatically; there is no manual import action to run.
If the order exists on the channel and the unfiltered list still does not show it, use the contact form and include the channel, shop, and channel order code.
The buyer's name or address is empty
For a Shopify order, follow the explanation and check in Shopify permissions.
For another channel, open the order in that channel and confirm that it contains the field. SellingIO shows β when the channel did not provide a value.
A status looks stale
Open the order on the channel and compare its current state with SellingIO's five shared statuses. A channel status is mapped into one of those five values, so the words may differ.
If the channel has changed and SellingIO has not, confirm that the connection is active. Then use the contact form with the channel order code and both statuses.
Stock did not move after an order
An order and its inventory change arrive as separate events. First confirm that the sold SKU is linked to its channel listing and that the channel location is mapped to the warehouse that owns the stock.
Check the shared quantity described in one stock number, then compare it with the channel. If the mapping and SKU link are correct but stock is unchanged, use the contact form with the order code and SKU.
