Channel status
Read the product state and latest push result for every connected shop.
The Channels tab separates three facts: whether the connection works, the product's state on that channel, and the result of the latest push. Read the last two before deciding what to fix.
Read the Channels table
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Channel | The shop and its connection status. An active connection does not prove the last product push succeeded. |
| On channel | The listing state reported by the connector, such as draft, ready, published, needs review, deactivated, or error. |
| Last push | The most recent outbound result for this product and shop: pending, success, or failed, with its time. |
| Category | The category saved in this channel profile, not the canonical product's master category. |
What each push result means
- Pending β SellingIO dispatched the push and has not received its final outcome.
- Success β the connector reported that the push completed.
- Failed β the connector rejected or could not apply the product. The error text appears beneath the status.
- Never pushed β there is no outbound result for this product and shop yet.
Investigate a failed push
Read the failure detail
In Last push, read the error beneath Failed. Open the channel profile if you need to see the full product setup for that shop.
Check the listing state
A deactivated channel listing blocks another push to the old listing. Other error states can often be retried after correcting the reported profile or product data.
Correct and push again
Save the required category, attributes, image, description, size chart, price, or stock correction, then push again. The next result replaces the previous last-push result.
If the missing item is an order rather than a product listing, use order troubleshooting.
