Channel profiles
Set the category, brand details, attributes, and prices required by one channel listing.
A channel profile holds the fields that differ between one canonical product and one connected shop. Configure it before pushing so the channel receives the category and listing details it expects.
Edit a channel profile
Open the channel
Open a product, choose Channels, then select View profile for the connected shop.
Choose the channel category
Select a category from that channel's own category tree. This is separate from the product's master category. TikTok Shop requires a saved channel category before a push; Shopify accepts an optional category.
Complete channel fields
For TikTok Shop, choose an optional brand and complete the required channel attributes. Add a size chart when the selected category requires one. For Shopify, you can set vendor and tags.
Set variant price overrides
For each variant, enter a channel price or compare-at price only when it must differ from the canonical value. Save the price changes.
Save before pushing
Save any profile changes. SellingIO disables push while profile or price changes remain unsaved.
How to check it worked
Return to Channels. The connection row shows the saved channel category. Reopen the profile to confirm the channel fields and prices, then push when the profile has no unsaved changes.
Push is unavailable
Check that the connection is active and the product has an image. TikTok Shop also needs a description and a saved channel category. Missing required attributes, a required size chart, negative stock, or unsaved profile changes can also block the push.
