Daily revenue

Open Dashboard to see revenue, order count, and item quantity for the selected period. Revenue excludes cancelled orders; order count still includes them so the cancellation rate can be calculated.

Choose the reporting period

The date range is inclusive and follows your workspace timezone. With no dates selected, the dashboard shows the latest 30 calendar days, including today.

Use the filters to narrow every report on the page to one channel or shop. Turn on Compare with previous period to compare against the immediately preceding period of the same length. The revenue chart can group the selected range by day or by week; changing that display does not change the underlying date range.

Read the currency

All money figures on the dashboard are scoped to one currency; SellingIO never adds unlike currencies together.

• If the filtered period contains one currency, that currency is used.
• If it contains several, use the currency filter to choose one.
• Before you choose, SellingIO uses the currency with the largest revenue total in that filtered period. An alphabetical tie-break keeps the choice stable.

Changing the channel or shop clears the previous currency choice because the new scope may use a different currency.

Know when figures change

Opening or reloading the dashboard requests the latest report. Changing the date, channel, shop, currency, or comparison setting requests the corresponding data again.

Order figures are updated as imported order events are processed. A nightly repair job rebuilds recent days to correct a missed delta or a late order change, so a channel report can briefly differ until that repair completes.
