Before you start

You need a Shopify store you administer, and a SellingIO account. You install SellingIO from the Shopify App Store, approve its permissions, then link the store to your SellingIO account from inside Shopify admin. None of that overwrites the live shop.

What you need

• A Shopify store you administer.
• A SellingIO account. If you do not have one, create an account.
• Timezone, currency, and the default warehouse already set. Those three are first-time setup.

How to check you are ready

You can sign in to SellingIO, and you can open the Shopify admin for the store you intend to connect. You are the owner of that store, or you can manage apps on it.

You do not have a SellingIO account

Registration is on the merchant dashboard, not on this site. Follow create an account. Come back here when you can sign in. You can also create the account when the link tab asks you to sign in.

You cannot install the app on Shopify

If Shopify refuses the install, you are not the store owner and you do not have app-management rights. Ask the owner to install, or to give you those rights, then try again.
