Sign-in and security
Change your password, manage two-factor authentication, review sessions, and see linked sign-in methods.
Use the Security tab in your profile to manage the ways you sign in and review where your account is active.
Password
Select Set password if your account does not have one, or Change password if it does. SellingIO verifies you with a linked passkey when one is available; otherwise it sends a six-digit code to your linked email address or phone number.
Enter and confirm a new password between 6 and 20 characters. You need at least one linked email address, phone number, or passkey before you can set a password.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Start setup
In Two-factor authentication, select Enable. SellingIO displays a QR code and a secret key.
Add SellingIO to your authenticator
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app. If you cannot scan it, enter the displayed secret key in the app instead.
Verify the setup
Enter the six-digit code from the authenticator app.
Save the backup codes
Copy or download the backup codes, keep them somewhere safe, then finish setup.
To turn two-factor authentication off, select Disable and enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator app.
Active sessions
The sessions list shows the device name, IP address, and last-active time for each sign-in. Your current session is marked. You can end any other session; the current session cannot be ended from this list.
Linked identities
The linked identities list shows the sign-in methods attached to your account and when each was linked. You can add a passkey. A passkey can be removed unless it is your last sign-in method.
Who can use the merchant account
Today, a merchant account is used by the people who hold its sign-in credentials. Some merchant-wide settings, such as which order events send notifications, can be changed only by the account owner.
