Authorise your TikTok Shop
Connect TikTok Shop through TikTok's own authorisation page.
Authorisation starts in SellingIO but happens on TikTok's own page. You sign in to TikTok, grant access there, and return to SellingIO; you do not enter TikTok credentials or permissions into SellingIO.
If you have not checked the prerequisites, start at before you start.
Connect the shop
Open Connections in SellingIO
Sign in to the merchant dashboard and open Connections. Choose the action to connect a new channel.
Choose TikTok Shop
Select TikTok Shop. SellingIO redirects your browser to TikTok's authorisation page. Unlike Shopify, TikTok Shop does not require you to type a shop domain into SellingIO.
Sign in and grant access on TikTok
Sign in on TikTok's page with an account that administers the shop. Review TikTok's authorisation screen and approve the connection there.
TikTok shows the permission list on its authorisation screen. Review it there before you approve. The permissions SellingIO asks for, and what each one is used for, are listed in the privacy policy.
Return to SellingIO
TikTok redirects you back to SellingIO. A newly authorised connection opens warehouse mapping so you can confirm where TikTok stock belongs.
How to check it worked
The shop appears in Connections, and SellingIO opens its Warehouse tab or shows a banner asking you to confirm warehouse mapping. The connection detail also has Information, Products, Sync log, and Warehouse tabs.
You returned but no shop appears
Return to Connections and wait briefly while SellingIO processes the authorisation result. If the shop still does not appear, start the flow again and make sure TikTok returns you to SellingIO after approval. See troubleshooting if the connection appears as disconnected.
