Order detail

Open an order from the order list to see the full record. The heading shows the channel order code, current status, creation time, channel, and shop. When available, Open on platform takes you to the same order in the channel admin.

Items and totals

The items panel lists each line's SKU, name, unit price, quantity, and line total. Below it, the available payment breakdown can include subtotal, shipping fee, tax, seller discount, platform discount, and the final total.

An item can remain on the order even when it is not linked to a variant in the canonical catalogue. The order is the channel's transaction record.

Buyer

The buyer panel can show name, phone, email, and the note sent by the channel. Phone can be copied when present.

Buyer information is personal data. See data we store for the account-facing summary and the privacy policy for how SellingIO handles it.

Shipping

The shipping panel can show recipient, address, carrier, tracking number, and delivery option. The full page also offers copy shortcuts for an available phone number, address, or tracking number.

Payment

The payment panel can show method, cash-on-delivery state, and paid time. A quick summary on the full page repeats the payment method, fulfilment type, and total.
