The canonical catalogue
Keep one product record in SellingIO and choose when its channel listings receive changes.
The canonical catalogue is the product record you manage in SellingIO. A product can have many variants and can be linked to listings on several channels without becoming several separate products.
One record, many listings
The canonical product holds the shared name, description, images, master category, package details, options, and variants. Each variant has its own SKU, price, attributes, images, and stock.
The Channels tab shows the listing relationship for every connected shop. A channel profile holds details that belong only to that listing, such as its channel category and any channel-specific price.
Changes move outward only when you push
Editing the canonical product does not immediately edit a live channel listing. Save the canonical change first, review the relevant channel profile, then push the product to the channel you want to update.
Likewise, changing a channel profile does not rewrite the canonical product. This separation lets the same product use different categories, brands, and prices where each channel requires them.
Where to make each change
Use the product's Basic information tab for shared product fields, Variants for option combinations and their values, and Channels for per-channel profiles and push status.
Continue with variants and attributes to structure a product, or channel profiles to prepare one listing for a channel.
