Find orders by status, channel, shop, date, or search.
Open Orders to see orders from every connected sales channel in one list. Each row shows the channel order code, channel and shop, buyer, item quantity, status, total, and creation time.
Select a row to inspect it in the quick-view drawer. Select the order code to open the full order detail page.
Status tabs
The All tab shows every order that matches the other filters. The five status tabs narrow that result:

|---|---|
pending | The channel has the order, but payment or acceptance is not yet confirmed. |
confirmed | The order is accepted or paid and is waiting to be fulfilled. |
shipped | Fulfilment has started or some or all items have been shipped. |
completed | The order has been fulfilled and paid. |
cancelled | The order was cancelled, voided, refunded, or expired on the channel. |
SellingIO maps each channel's wording into these five shared statuses. It does not add a separate refunded status.
Search and filters
- Search finds an order by the information available in its record.
- Channel limits the list to TikTok Shop or Shopify.
- Shop limits the list to one connected shop. The choices follow the selected channel.
- Created date limits the list to an inclusive date range in your workspace timezone.
Changing a status tab or filter returns to the first page. The summary above the list and the count on each status tab use the same filters.
Use Export CSV to export the matching rows. If no rows appear, clear filters one at a time or use order troubleshooting.
