Warehouse mapping

Every active TikTok warehouse must point to a SellingIO warehouse before stock can flow. SellingIO opens this step after authorisation and marks the connection as unconfirmed until you confirm the mapping.

The mapping model is explained in warehouse mapping. This page covers the TikTok Shop procedure.

Map the warehouses

1. Open the Warehouse tab

   Open the TikTok Shop connection and choose Warehouse. After a new authorisation, SellingIO may open this tab automatically.

2. Load TikTok warehouses

   If SellingIO says the platform warehouses need syncing, run the warehouse sync first. The tab then lists the locations returned by TikTok.

3. Choose a SellingIO warehouse for each location

   For every active TikTok warehouse, select the SellingIO warehouse that represents the same stock. A SellingIO warehouse cannot be assigned to two TikTok warehouses in the same mapping.

4. Confirm the mapping

   Review the selections and confirm them. SellingIO can then begin the product and inventory sync sequence for the connection.

The unconfirmed banner is not an error

An unconfirmed mapping is a real setup state. The warning banner stays visible on Connections and on the connection detail until you confirm where TikTok stock belongs. Use the banner to return to the Warehouse tab.

How to check it worked

The unconfirmed banner is gone, each active TikTok warehouse shows its SellingIO warehouse, and the inventory sync action becomes available for an active connection.

A TikTok warehouse has no match

Create or identify the SellingIO warehouse that owns that stock, then return to the Warehouse tab and select it. Do not confirm an active sales warehouse without a mapping; stock from that location would have nowhere to flow.
