Before you start

You need a TikTok Shop you administer and a SellingIO account with at least one warehouse. After TikTok authorises the connection, SellingIO takes you to warehouse mapping before the first sync can proceed.

What you need

• A TikTok Shop you administer.
• A SellingIO account. If you do not have one, create an account.
• At least one warehouse in SellingIO. The default warehouse is part of first-time setup.

You do not type TikTok credentials or shop details into SellingIO. TikTok handles sign-in and authorisation on its own page.

How to check you are ready

You can sign in to SellingIO, open the TikTok Shop you intend to connect, and see at least one SellingIO warehouse available for mapping.

You cannot administer the TikTok Shop

Ask a shop administrator to complete the authorisation, or have them give your TikTok account the rights needed to authorise the shop. Then follow authorise your shop.

SellingIO has no warehouse

Create the first warehouse before connecting. Warehouse mapping follows authorisation, and stock cannot flow until every TikTok warehouse is mapped to a SellingIO warehouse.
